The state in which we find most human beings
in the average moment today, is one containing stress, worry, and negative emotion. The other state that humans experience is one of joy and effectiveness. The methods given away freely at this site stimulate movement from the stress state to the effectiveness state. The next time (and every time from now on) you feel negative emotion, ask yourself "What would have to happen for this feeling to go away by itself?" The mental rut usually blocking this is "That could never happen." Ignore the latter and let yourself imagine a scene - even if it could never happen - in which your negative feeling would be taken away by removal of its root cause. This will give you a new level of clarity of understanding of the root cause. This new clarity will become its own Solution Stimulus - generating options that you could make happen.
