From Practical Application: Babbling & Energy Use in General

Stay conscious of your gallon of attention.
It's your conscious energy; your creative energy.
It's the best stuff you've got;
because with it you can get anything else,
and without it you can't get anything.
It's your free will, potentially.

If there's one thing worth hoarding, it's your attention.

Yet human beings have generally not discovered this,
and squander their attention in many ways.
Chief among these is babbling,
both to oneself and to others.

“Babbling” is defined as unnecessary communication.

The exciting thing about babbling
is that it represents a watershed of energy
available to you if you stop babbling.

“Stopping babbling” is an interesting process.
One discovers how little control one has
over one's actions.
Somehow “the robot” keeps babbling.

This is good, because it helps identify
that there is a robot there,
a thing apart from Your Own True Will.

You will find that it is this robot
which is wasting all your energy.
Somehow it has never forgotten anything it's heard,
and has taken much of it to heart
with the force of post-hypnotic suggestion:
now it has an opinion it needs to express on every issue,
and somehow it needs to keep moving continuously,
doing hosts of priority trivia,
of importance to some nitpick circuits in your brain.

You have “reclaimed your castle”
when the robot lets you do exactly as you please.
This is a very gradual process; and we are into it here.
